Hello all,

I have created an automated flow using Forms 365>SP>EXCEL>Outlook Email.

The form response can include files, however when a responder does not use the file attachment option, it causes the flow to fail (specifically the apply to each which creates a SP item).

I managed to bypass it by setting the run after to run the next step and now it works fine for me. BUT, when I am trying to resubmit the failed flows I get the following error message: "The list item could not be added or updated because duplicate values were found in the following field(s) in the list: [Request ID]".

now, I understand it occurs because the same form is already listed, but could not find a way to use the resubmit option succesfully.

My question is, is it possible to resubmit the falied flows, but as new records?
