I need your advice!

I have a SharePoint list with customized PowerApps that start a few big flow.

One String field are inputting by users and now this Value will send to our SQL. But this Value can include one, two or bigger number of some string VIN-code. I want to create collection for every item and User will add all codes to the collection with ability to remove in future this code.

So my idea to create collection for every item, save it in one string field via Concat function and restore it by ClearCollection:

ClearCollect(
VINs;
ForAll(
Split(DataCardValue4.Text; ", ");
{
VIN: Left(Result;6)
}))

So the issue: I cant launch ClearCollection with forms opening? it works only with buttons OnSelect. It dont work with OnStart function.

Could u help me to correct launch it or maybe U know another way to create a little collection for every item with ability to view all collections items and remove them.
