How to download reports from list of URLs stored in Excel Online Business file

I have an excel online biz file which contains a list of URLs in to download some reports. If i click to each URL link, i have option to save the report to a folder.

Given the confidential information, i cannot share the exact URL link.

Could you guide me if it's feasible? if it requires user name & password to download the report is it still feasible?

Hi @jinny_le ,

Please try with the Launch function and Download Function. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-param
If the files do not require authentication, you can just use 'Download' function directly, it can download a file from the web to the local device. Set Save button OnSelect: Download("The URL")
If the files require authentication, I suggest you use Launch function, it will jump to browser and launch to the webpage, then you are able to log in with username & password to download the files. Set Save button OnSelect: Launch("The URL")

hi Sik,
Thanks for getting back to me. I was new to power apps so was trying to explore a bit. May i check if I can run a Loop in Power apps as well? As i have like 300 URLs to download report (there is credential required but it's the same for all the URLs), and i'm trying to find a way to automate the downloading. Let me know if you have any suggestion!
