    This expression should do it:

    split(replace(replace(outputs('Compose'), 'Country:'''), 'Customer:'''), ',')

    Thanks a lot but its should convert upper or lowercase check in the below expression or we need to store in a variable and convert again to upper or lowercase characters or caps

    example1: country,customer->lowercase

    Subject: country:Kenya,customer:client5

    example 2:Country,Customer->Uppercase startswith in both Country,Customer

    Subject: Country:Kenya,Customer:client5

    example 2:Country,Customer->CAPS

    Subject: COUNTRY:KENYA,CUSTOMER:CLIENT5

    so above sorts of probabilities too can exist in the subject

    The trick is to transform everything to lower, and afterwards perform the replacement. This should eliminate the dependency on the capitals:

    split(replace(replace(tolower(outputs('Compose')), 'country:', ''), 'customer:', ''), ',')
