Convert Model Driven App to native IOS app?

Hi,

Is it possible to convert a Model Driven App to a native IOS app? Im aware that Canvas apps can but wondering what the approach would be for a Model Driven App?

Hi @Tango

I'm not aware of any such feature (wrap for canvas apps) for converting model driven apps as native android apps however you can use 'Dynamics 365 for phones' app to run model driven apps within it.

Thanks @gulshankhurana I guess you could always build a canvas app with Dataverse as the source. Is that possible?

You're right @Tango , the underlying data source being Dataverse, you could also create a canvas app depending on the user profiles and requirements. E.g. an event management app built on Dataverse having a canvas app for participants, a model driven app for management and power bi for reporting.
Until the canvas app is built, using D365for Phones app could be the interim solution that works!

@Tango , I just read that Dynamics 365 for Phones will be deprecated. Tried running my model driven app in the app but got error. Tried running it in 'Power Apps' app and it worked. Looks like Power Apps at some.point started supporting model driven apps also (it's been a long long time since I used the mobile app).

@gulshankhurana You've been able to create Model Driven Power Apps for a while but can't convert that to a native IOS app
