I just noticed today that there are no input arguments in the PowerApps (V2) trigger, even though I have successfully ran the flow yesterday. I also noticed this last month, but I didn't mind because I thought I must have forgotten to put arguments.
If your flow does not need them, inputs from the PowerApp are not required.
Or, are you asking if the trigger loses input arguments? I've done hundreds and hundreds of flows with this connector and haven't seen an input argument disappear.

The trigger loses input arguments for some reason. I just saved and ran the flow yesterday successfully, and I did not modify it since, and when I checked it now, there are no input arguments in the trigger. I also noticed this happened last month.
I checked the flow just now and the input arguments are gone again.
What happens if you click on the PowerAppsV2 block to close it and then click on it again to re-open it?
The flow appears to recognize your text_5 input; it's just not displaying them correctly. I don't think you're doing anything wrong, so if it continues you should log a support ticket to bring it to Microsoft's attention.
