All Templates
My Expenses? I question because you have said Expense Report Template but there is not one specifically named that or at least not when doing a Canvas app as far as I can tell. That is if I have even interpreted you correctly, so apologies if I am way off track.
Leave the default name or name to something of your choosing and click create
Now either make good, make edits, save and publish and use
Or Save/Publish, Export
And then import as another instance of the app.
I have a horrible feeling I have completely misinterpreted what you were asking, so again apologies and just ignore me if that is the case.
