hi All,

I am trying to open a shared flow on a different machine. I am getting the below error.

- one drive is connected

- only this flow has the problem. all other flows are opening fine

- can still open the flow on one machine but not the other.

Has anyone else faced similar issue ? Where can i get more info on the issue ? Logs?

    Hi @aatif

Try checking at "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Logs" for more details. It might help.

You can delete the file from pad and try again,

    Path:"C:\Users\usersystem name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\msalcache.bin3"

delete this file nd try again

usersystem name= ur system name k

It will work for u , if it wotks accept as a solution and like it

Try copy the flow and run it again, if that works the flow in some way is broken. I had something similar, copying the "broken flow" as a copy, then it started to work.  Support advised me to do it so it's worth a try.

Thanks for the suggestion mate but I tried this but the error still remains.

I ended up making a copy of the flow and deleting all the steps. Then opened the original flow and copied and pasted all the steps.

The new flow simply works on all machines!

Its frustrating to not know why the first flow didnt work but it did solve my issue.

In some way, the flow is damaged, not the actual actions.  By copying it gets fixed. Good to know it solved your problem.
