Send Cognito attachments to SharePoint

I have created this flow to send files that were uploaded into Cogntio to Sharepoint.  The flow does send a new file to Sharepoint but the attachment is blank.  What step am I missing to attach the document to the file that was created ?  Thank you!!

    I am also having issues with retrieving uploaded files with the Cognito/Power Automate connections. Even using the template, I am getting a file with no extension that is not useable. Did anyone ever get anywhere with this?
