    @PRABA7385 you have placed your Formular into the Update Property of your datacard. Use it  in the Default Property of the  Textbox...

    In addition I guess the icon is within a Gallery. So instead of using icon.color you should use ThisItem.Icon.Color

    @PRABA7385

    Set the Default property of DataCardValue1 to,

    Switch(Icon13.Color,
    	Red, "Due",
    	Orange, "To be Due",
    	Blue, "TBC",
    	DimGray, "Hold"
    )

    Set the Update property of Completion Status_DataCard1 to,

    DataCardValue1.Text

    Please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    @PRABA7385 It looks like your are referring to the items in the Gallery using ThisItem. But there is no control called Icon13 there. Check that.

    Dear Sir,

    Basically I created" Completion Status" in Sharepoint. What I need is I would like to have auto input in "Completion Status" column in sharepoint based on the ICON color that changed in the Gallery (icon color change based on condition in Gallery). Below show color condition for the icon that i created in gallery. Now as i stated, i created a column in sharepoint to ident this condition. Like for wDays < 1 will become red icon, this means "Due". wDays < 8 will become orange means to be due.

    Any advise.

    Thanks
