Hi Everyone,

I have created a model using Form Processing Using AI Builder, when tried to run this model it is giving attached error.

can someone help me on this please.

and the Error message is:

Hello @123213123 - apologies for inconvenience.

Can you take the document you're adding to the SharePoint folder and do a Quick test on the model's detail page? Does it work correctly there?

Quick test worked! however I discovered the issue, when you move pdf files from zipped folder to SharePoint the AI builder is somehow not reading the PDF and giving the error. I unzipped the folder with pdfs and then moved to SharePoint it worked completely fine. Did you know about this?
