Security Roles for all the organization

Hello

I am new building secutiry roles, I have a canvas app using a dataverse table. I see I can asign the Basic role to the user, but in this case I want to assign this role to all the organization, is there a way to do it directly for all instead of adding one by one?

I need them to only read and create their own rows, and another group among them will have the posibility to read other rows only of their email is inside a row of that table, (these are the approvers and if they are inside the row they can see it).

Hi @Mamacona ,

The best way to do this is to integrate a security role in Azure AD to the environment. This will allow you to utilize a Team in Dataverse that will contain all these users and you can assign the security role to the team and not need to assign to each user. Utilizing security roles and team integration helps put the management of the security in hands of administrators in Azure AD vs. requiring going in and setting in Dataverse to simplify management.
