Dear Power Automate experts,
As an automation enthusiast and starting Power Automate user I have created a flow which gather results from an office form and sends this towards the email address of the form owner.
In essence this is a very simple flow, but in practice it keeps sending out duplicate emails towards the recipients. I have added screenshots of the flow and the settings and I was wondering whether anyone could help me fix this issue.
Additional information that might be useful:
- I have tried recreating the flow from scratch, which resulted in the same exact issue.
- I have tried adding in a 'for each' around the elements 'get response details' and 'send an email (V2)', but this does not fix the issue.
- There are no other versions of this flow running in my PA environment, I have made sure to turn all my other flows off.
