Im not sure if this avenue is the best approach or not. In the end when an order comes in I’d like to take some key values from that and plug it into dynamic fields in a pdf and email and or save this into a sharepoint site.

I don’t know all the limits of cognos but I do know that it can do an xml export at a minimum. I’m thinking that the file came be exported with an order number as the title. And I’d create a power apps that would have a drop down to select the order number from the list of file names. It would find that file, read the contents, and populate the powerapps that would do a print screen and email that pdf or save the pdf somewhere. Is this possible? Is this the best path forward?
