Below screen is from my windows app and I am using "Extract data from window" from Actions. I am able to store extracted data in a variable and it is in data table format. But when I displayed the variable items, looks like It is holding only first 10 items from the list. for ex if there are 50 items in the windows app list, data table variable showing only 10 items.

I suspect "Extract data from window" will extract text that is currently displayed, and not what is hidden/ not drawn on the screen, is that what you are seeing happening?
If so, you might try to use other actions such as "Get details of a UI element in window", and try to point to the list, then play with the selector to see if PAD gets more text from the actual list.
