Pre-Selected Items in a list when page loads

I have a list of key terms from a Sharepoint List that I created. Is it possible to have them all pre-selected when the page loads and then allow the user to de-select items as they wish?  Currently, when the page loads they are all unselected and I need to manually select them all.

    A default SharePoint list won't provide that experience. However, you can use a Power App to achieve it.
