The below list shows a traffic light colored due date on certificates. Green: more than 90 days from today to due date, amber: 0-90 days from today to due date, red: overdue (note: European date format)

When certificates has the same type, as with "Lifting cert" below, I only care about the newest. So in the example below, I would like to know how to:

a) create a formula to show text as black if there are newer certificates of same type

b) filter (remove) all but the newest certificate of each type

In PowerQuery, I would have used index/ranking, but not sure how to do this in PowerApps.
