I have created a power app for a simple leave request system that takes the request from the employee get it approved by the manager, and I had few issues:-
1- I created this using Microsoft Lists, Power Automate and Power apps, to allow the user submit a request, I have to give a full access to the list, while I want the user to have access only to his/her own requests not everybody else.
2- When I shared the list with a user, every time he submits a request to shows like I'm the one who sent it and goes to my own manager not to his manager
3- when the request is submitted, the manager gets only Teams notification, but there's no email sent.
Apologies for the long list, I'm still a beginner. Let me know please if I should use a different DB than lists to rectify the access issue.
