Web Page seems to have no UI Elements

I am trying to automate downloading a report from a website. I have managed to get PAD to log into the website, and navigate to the reports tab, however when the reports page has loaded, I am unable to select any UI elements from the page. When I hover the mouse over there isn't a single red box that appears, even though there are buttons and text fields on the page (including the same tabs where I had selected 'reports' from the previous page).

Unfortunately, as the website contains sensitive client information I am unable to provide a screenshot.

Is there any reason that a specific web page may be blocking PAD from selecting elements, or is there another explanation of why this page seems to have no UI elements?

Ensure both Power Automate Desktop and the browser you're using to select elements are in your primary screen and that you also don't have multiple instances of a browser open. Having the browser on a secondary screen instead of your primary one and/or having multiple instances of a browser open can both cause issues when selecting UI elements.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to have solved the problem, even when using only one screen the issue persists.

and it's just this one particular page where you can't select any UI elements in it, but you don't have any issues on other pages / sites?

I have occasionally had this issue. One thing that helped was to maximize the browser window. Another was sometimes to switch browsers (I write my flows to run in all 3 major PC browsers).
