Using "Http with Azure AD": How to pre-populate "Azure AD Resource Url" & "Base Resource url" instead of every User entering it first time.

I am having a Canvas App which gets Data from CRM Web API using MS flow connector using "HTTP with Azure AD" Action. Once I share the Canvas App with Users, there is popup shown first time when a User access the Canvas App to fill below two fields. Is there a way, I can get these fields pre-populated rather than every user entering it everytime. Especially, I do not see an option if any incorrect entry is provided then How can a User reset to correct mistakes of urls provided before.

Can someone please advise what is the best practise in this aspect while using "HTTP with Azure AD".
