enter different data in edit form of same data card name

Hi,

I have two Edit Form is in my Edit screen, they both have the same Data Card name, but I'm going to enter a different data for them and submit, then it will be recorded in Share point list.

I have changed the Default mode of Form2 to Form mode .new, and I have added one more Detail Form in Detail screen. When I input the data in Form1 and Form2 and submit it, Detail Form 2 in Detail screen shows the same data as Detail Form 1. (it doesn't show error)

Did any way to solve the situation.

When I press the F5 key to test, Detail Form 1 has displayed data, but Detail Form 2 shows "No items to display".
If I press the Icon Edit1 button and then return to Detail Screen, Detail Form 1 will also shows "No items to display".
What the cause is it?
