Power Apps to Power Automate - Grid Data

Hello Community,
I need your help please, I've built a Power Apps using an Editable Grid in Power Apps - Editable Grid in Power Apps | SharePoint List - YouTube

Now I want to take that data and trigger a Power Automate when the Save button is pressed, but I don't know where to start as I've not done anything like this before.

This is the OnSelect Property

If(
varGridEdit,
If(
!IsBlank(
LookUp(
colGridData,
FirstName = Blank() || FirstName = "" || Surname = Blank() || Surname = "" || Company = Blank() || Company = "" || IsEmpty(Visiting) || IsBlank(Visiting) || EmailAddress = Blank() || EmailAddress = "" || IsEmpty(DateTimeofArrival) || IsBlank(DateTimeofArrival)
)
),
Notify(
"Please fill required fields",
NotificationType.Error,
2000
),
Patch(
InVentryVisitors,
UpdateIf(
colGridData,
Created = Blank(),
{ID: Blank()}
)
);

Remove(InVentryVisitors,colDelete);
Notify(
"Grid Data Updated",
NotificationType.Success,
2000
);
Clear(colDelete);
Select(btnLoadData);
Set(
varGridEdit,
!varGridEdit
)
),
Set(
varGridEdit,
!varGridEdit
)
);

So when the Save button has been selected, new or modified data is patched back into the SharePoint list, and this is the data I want to capture and send ONE Email when this happens.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance
Claire

    Hi @ClaireAllen ,

    You need to create a flow first and then add the flow into your app.

    I think this link will help you a lot:

    Start a flow in a canvas app

    Thank you @v-bofeng-msft ,
    Sorry I did not explain myself correctly
    I'm trying to trigger the flow based on a collection, and this is what I'm struggling with, I have no idea where to start with this data and how to get the power app to trigger based on the collection of data.

    Regards
    Claire

    Hi @ClaireAllen ,

    Do you want to pass a collection to a flow by a button in PowerApps?

    If so ,you could convert the collection into a JSON string by the JSON function, and then pass the json string to the flow. Finally, you could parse the JSON string in flow and finally get the array.

    I think this link will help you a lot:

    Power Apps table pass data to Automate

    Best Regards,
