Ugent help! Flow Error - Img attached - Correct to include a valid reference to 'Update_item' for the input parameter(s) of action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_2'.

All info is on the image attached

I am getting 2 errors: 

Correct to include a valid reference to 'Update_item' for the input parameter(s) of action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_2'.
Correct to include a valid reference to 'Start_and_wait_for_an_approval' for the input parameter(s) of action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_2'.

Help please. Thank you.
