I have created a list for request send in for issues and stakeholders need to act on
1) example issue A been assigned to manager and he need to write a report abt the situtions which some time can be up to 5 pages and if need to route to 2nd manager for action.
What is the best way to save all the reports or reply sumbitted by all stakeholder.. that show as a string of history with the person and date time stamp on
Just a thought if it can be another screen that is part of the app for them to fill in and the next person is able to see and add more comments or acts
2) also issues A.. - will have some time for the requestor to see if the issues has been solved and add on to more issues inside which might be diff topic face but still filed as Issue A as same requestor
Not sure how it can be done
