I have created a model-driven app with 2 tables, which have several relationships with OOTB tables from Power Platform (e.g. account, user). I need to create a Read-only security role that should only be able to read data related to this app and nothing else.
Apart from giving Read access to the 2 custom tables and the related OOTB tables, are there any other tables that require Read access to be assigned? For example, within the Core Tables or Customisation tabs, there are many tables, which seem to be default.
What is the best practice when it comes to assigning read only access? Should the role be given Read access to every table under certain tabs or is "too much data" exposed if that is assigned?
