How to show link to original form request after approval?

Within my automated flow project, I am using the "Start and wait for approval" connector to allow approvers to accept or reject incoming requests based on a Microsoft Form submission. When an approver makes a choice on what to do ("accept / reject"), the following is displayed in Outlook...

...In addition to that information, can we somehow concatenate a link that goes to that specific Microsoft form submission?  An approver may want to keep that for inventory purposes later when he or she audits that request.  Based on the screenshot that shows "Date Summited" and "Comments", maybe we can add another item that says "The Original Form Request : " with a link to that original submission?

Is this possible today?

    That depends on your logic.

If you are inserting the data from the Microsoft FORM into a data source like Sharepoint, you can give the link of Sharepoint item in the approvals. The reason i gave an example is of Sharepoint but this allows me to reference a single record. Forms doesn't give me that option.

@Rahber, I'm 100% with you on that example. and if I were to depend on the item link, because a record of it is stored in SharePoint, then how can I get the item link posted on that Confirmation page, which I have posted in my original message?

So basically you need to store everything in share point.  The comments and the dates would be in share point and you can reference back to it using a share point link.

If i miss understood you questions please try explaining again.

With your help, I was able to take advantage of using a SharePoint "Link to item" variable, and add it to the body of my Outlook send mail (v2) Connector, as a custom (secondary) confirmation page. This works great for now, as I do have everything stored in a SharePoint record about this specific form process. Many thanks for helping me think this through!!
