Condition in email body

I have a MS Form I want to use for new users where our provisioning person will select multiple choices labeled as the applications a user can have.  I then want my power automate task to generate an email from that form based on the selections.  What I need is an if statement or condition in the body of the email using (Send email) based on those application selections.  So if App 1, App 2, App 4 and App 6 are selected I need those to be displayed in the body of the email so the recipient can see what apps they were given access to.  I have all the pre-canned stuff in my email figured out along with variables from the form like username, email address etc....  It's just this piece I can't figure out.  If there's a better way to go about this, I'm open to ideas.

    Hi @STiGuy04 ,

    Could you please share more details about your scenario? What condition would you like to apply in Email body? If you only need all selected Apps in the Form to be listed in the body, you can simply use the dynamic content of that question, since the output is a line of texts with the format of [App1, App2, App4, App6]. Also, you can use a parse JSON operator to convert the outputs to array with below schema:

    {
     "type": "array",
     "items": {
     "type": "string"
     }
    }

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-jefferni ,

    So on the form I'll have say 8 applications to choose from on the multiple-choice list.  Each one of those apps has a different way of authenticating with a credential specific to the app or the user will receive a separate email from the vendor with their login credentials for the app.

    I want the apps chosen to display in the email vertically along with the credential method for that specific app.  I know which apps require what method of logging in.  I'll put an example in here.  I did use the dynamic option to show the list of apps selected, but the format wasn't desirable as it just listed them out from left to right.

    My mind thinks of it like this.  If app1 is selected then input into body of email with specific instructions on how the user will authenticate or receive credentials.

    Here is my goal to have it look like this if apps 1,2, 4 and 6 are selected.

    Thank you
