49Hi,
I have created an app to track contact with our clients. I want to use the @mention function to alert staff if a note requires their attention.
The @mention setting is turned on and the in-app notifications setting.
I have turned off the modern rich test editor options and the environment was created with Dynamics 365 apps allowed.
I have spent hours trawling around the internet, but to no avail.
When I type @ and a name, nothing happens.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is really getting to me now.
