5Hello Everyone,
I am facing an issue with the multiple-choice question option.
Here are more details on the scenario.
1. User select Go back as choice on Question A and then proceed in the flow till question B
2. In question B user select the option "ABC" which then lead to the question which has the option "Go back"
3. However, I see Bot automatically consider this "Go back" option selected and take the flow in that direction.
I think this is somehow a cache Issue. Can someone help me understand how to resolve this?
I could not find any way to clear the cache and resolve this.
I will need to change my question type to Boolean to resolve this, but that's a lot of effort to change the complete flow.
Any help is appreciated!
