Selected Value Not Displaying on Custom Form in Edit Mode

I created a custom form using PowerApps for my SharePoint list, however, when selecting an item for which the form has been filled out and saved (selections for each column are displaying properly on the list) the Edit Mode form is not displaying the values that were selected for each column. What do I need to change in order to get the Edit Mode form to display the currently selected values for each column?

hey

did you insert a gallery?

if yes the form needs GalleryName.Selected in the Items property

you would need to rename to the name of your gallery
