Sending a E-Mail with XML

I'm working on an app that provides a form which is then sent to our ticket system via e-mail. So that the system can assign the ticket, it is sent via XML. Does anyone have an idea how to do that.

this is my code with this i can send the e-mail but the attributs for the tickets are not passed:

Set(FertigM;ClickabuttoninPowerAppstosendanemail_1.Run(
"wendiatest.4444@xxxxx.xxxx";
"Archivierung von Daten";
"<?xml version=""1.0"" ?><xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl=""http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"" version=""1.0""><xsl:output method=""text""
<POBG6Entities createNew=""true"" processDependencies=""true"" legacyHandleCases=""true""> <Case id=""ProcessInboundXMLTest""> <Description>Daten Archivieren</Description> <CaseType>Service Request</CaseType>
<OpenedBy>SAP</OpenedBy>
<CoordinatorGroup>xxxx</CoordinatorGroup>
<ResponsibleGroup>xxxx</ResponsibleGroup>
<CaseStatus>1</CaseStatus>
<PriorityInfo.Priority>Internal</PriorityInfo.Priority>
<Virtual.Ci2Inbound>PRODCF1</Virtual.Ci2Inbound>
<CIInfo.Ci>Serverbetreuung</CIInfo.Ci>
<memo>
<type name=""Problem"">
Test
</type> </memo> </Case> </POBG6Entities>
"
)
) & If(
Label10.Text = "true";
Navigate(
Screen2;
Fade
);
Navigate(
Screen3;
Fade
)
)

    Hi ColdBoy,

    is it correct, that you are using a flow to send the email? In case it is like this, it is easier to send the mail immediately from powerapps using the O365 connector.

    Regarding your problem: your description could be a bit more detailed, hard to know what is wrong
    To start with the error analysis:

    try to send the mail to your OWN account and see if the format of the received mail is in the format the ticket system is expecting.

    Hi,

    thank you for the fast answer!

    I use now the 365 connector.

    XML:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmail(
    "wendiatest.xxxx@xxxxx";
    "Test";
    "*********** XML Buffer ***********
    <POBG6Entities createNew=""true"" processDependencies=""true"" legacyHandleCases=""true"">#

    <Case id=""ProcessInboundXMLTest"">

    <Description>Daten Archivieren</Description>

    <CaseType>Service Request</CaseType>
    <OpenedBy>SAP</OpenedBy>
    <CoordinatorGroup>xxxxx</CoordinatorGroup>
    <ResponsibleGroup>xxxxx</ResponsibleGroup>
    <CaseStatus>1</CaseStatus>
    <PriorityInfo.Priority>Internal</PriorityInfo.Priority>
    <Virtual.Ci2Inbound>PRODCF1</Virtual.Ci2Inbound>
    <CIInfo.Ci>Serverbetreuung</CIInfo.Ci>
    <memo>
    <type name=""Problem"">
    Text
    </type> </memo> </Case> </POBG6Entities>
    *********** XML Buffer ***********"
    )

    This code need the software to create a ticket (from***** XML BUFFER**** to *******XML BUFFER****)

    The software works with xml but 365 send the E-mail as HTML how can i change it?

    try to send a mail manually and try to send one automatically generated to your personal account. What are the differences in the text?

    I tried it to send one and the format is not "HTML", it is "text". It must be another problem.

    Is it working when you send the mail manually to the interface address? From your personal account? Or do you need a XML as attachment?

    regards

    Hi cold boy,

    now I understand your problem. The body format is html of the connector..when send it is already changed.
    I tried a bit, but didn't find a solution...you may try with "cdata"  in xml --> google it.

    You may get help by reading this post.

    Good luck!
