Troubleshooting "make the instance visible" to off in Workflow causes Hidden sheet

I've developed a workflow that retrieves all PDFs from a specified folder. For each PDF, it generates an Excel file that transfers the entire content of the PDF into it. The process starts by opening an Excel file as a template, then saving it with the appropriate name, processing the parsed PDF file, and populating the Excel file with data extracted from the PDF. It works as intended. However, a problem occurs when I try to make the entire process invisible. I would prefer not to see each cell being filled in Excel. When I deselect the "make the instance visible" option within the "launch Excel" action, the Excel template briefly appears before vanishing. After completing the flow, if I attempt to open the resulting Excel file, the sheet is hidden. I am obliged to go to the View tab and select Unhide to see the tab. Below are some screenshots for reference. Previously, I believe this functioned with the instance set to invisible, but now I'm not sure. Is there a way to make the sheet visible before closing it? Or avoid this problem in general? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    1. Separate Save and Close Actions:
    ---------------------------------------------------
Instead of using the combined "Save and Close" action, use separate "Save" and "Close Workbook" actions. This ensures the changes are saved before closing, potentially preventing the sheet from being hidden.

    2. Use "Activate Sheet" before Closing:
    ----------------------------------------------------
Before the "Close Workbook" action, use the "Activate Sheet" action to specifically target the sheet you want to remain visible. This brings the sheet to the foreground, increasing the chance it stays visible after closing.

NOTE: If it worked mark, it as a solution
