Hi all,

I am trying to generate a new folder within pre-existing folders on SharePoint when a response is submitted in MS forms.

I would like the pre-existing folder it goes into to be determined by an entry in the forms response - e.g. if it the forms response selects "Category A", a new folder is created in an already existing "Category A" folder.

I also need the name of the new folder to be determined by entries in the forms response.
