Hi,
If I search for keywords of my knowledgebase articles It does not show knowledgebase results, yet on the sidemenu there are 2 knowledgebase articles shown)
When clicking on them it shows no results found.
Any suggestions?
Hi @Anonymous
Probably the search is broken. Try restarting the portal by following the below steps
1. Go to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Click Apps > Select your portal > Three dots > Settings > Administration
3. Portal Actions > Restart
Wait for a few minutes.
In Portal studio
1. Pres sync configuration and browse the website. And press "Ctrl+F5"
Hope it helps.
