Trouble with Send an HTTP Request to Azure DevOps

Hello everyone,

I would love it if somebody can help me figure out what my problem is. I've consulted with my own development team and also used Copilot but cannot seem to figure out the issue. I've also updated my permissions in Azure DevOps and am still having no luck.

Forewarning, I am not a technical user and do not have any coding experience so I've been heavily relying upon dynamic expressions and copilot to help correct issues.

Here's what I want to happen:

1. An author fills out a Microsoft Form

2. Power Automate gets the form response details from the author

3. A work item is created within Azure DevOps based on the response details to a specific area and path

SPLIT BRANCH

Left side:

4. The user receives an email confirming their form response and recapping details of submission including the work item number

Right side:

5. Simultaneously, I need Automate to pull data from Azure DevOps any time that the work item submitted has a changed state

6. In response to the changed state, and email is sent out to the original form author letting them know about any update to the work item

Here's the flow visual:

I am repeatedly having issues with the 'Send an HTTP request' flow item. Error is:

<!DOCTYPE html >
<html>
<head>
<title>TF400813: The user is not authorized to access this resource. </title>
<style type="text/css">html {
height: 100%;
}

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
