Find specific string in HTML and remove it

Hello everyone,

I have the following issue, I receive a text from ConnectWise manage platform to teams using a flow i created, this text that we receive is html:

I would like to see if it's possible to remove the highlighted text in a way ? if i can't, at least hard code it and remove it, like remove the name Caitriona Olson for example, search the whole text, find that string and remove it, i'm having difficulty doing this since it's an HTML, and i need re-structured in a good way to send it.

Also, I would like as well to remove signatures:

I can manually specify the signatures that i want to remove, I know it cannot be done dynamically since every signature differs and is placed in a different place.

Please advise 🙂 I would gladly buy someone a cup of coffee or a beer for his/her troubles.

I have the same question (0)

    concat('Discussion',last(split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'Discussion')))

    code for first concat, i wanted to remove everything above the word discussion.
    Then I post it to teams:

    This is how the message is received (when the flow is triggered)
