Hi,

I followed the steps in this guide:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/configure-openid-settings

The login button appeared on the page:

but this error popped up when I tried to sign in:

May I know how do I resolve this?

Thank you!

Hi, can you double check the configuration when you setup the Identity Provider to make sure the IDs and everything are a match?

Also do you have access to the Open ID App Registration? or is that a 3rd party? if you access access, make sure the ID Tokens flag is checked in the Authentication settings (as per guide you shared)

    Hi Oliver,

Many thanks for the prompt reply! 🙂

Are you referring to the checkbox in the screenshot below? It wasn't checked but I'm still getting the same error even after it is checked.

I just checked the OpenID configuration again and everything should be correct according to the guide...

Do you have any other clue?

    Thank you!

I can't really think of anything else.. but one thing to note is that the ID Token above sometimes takes a while to replicate in your Azure Open ID.. I would suggest trying again just in case it took some time (but I guess you probably have already tried that)

    Hi Oliver,

Okay sure! Maybe I shall wait for awhile and see if it works later.

On a side note, actually the default Azure AD is not working for me as well... It's showing the same

AADSTS900144: The request body must contain the following parameter: 'client_id' error.

It's only working when it's set as the default identity provider in the Authentication Settings.

Do you have any idea what may have caused this?

    Thanks! 🙂
