Needing to take a file that has been uploaded in a form and attach it in a email

Hi, looking for some help and guidance and thought this would be the perfect place!

Been asked to create a flow that takes a file that has been uploaded in a form then take all the information and files and attach them to a email,

Ive done this hundred times before by using this automation before

But now they want the files to be added as an attachment as well,

Looked on youtube and found a couple of guides which i will link below and they have worked fine! but the colleague i am working with has shared the form he has made with me so i can incorporate it into this flow to attach the file but for some reason i am getting this error that only happens with this form only.

This flow works perfectly with any other form but not this one!

This is what the flow looks like any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure if its because my colleague needs to create the flow and have it all under his name or what!

    Hi @Jack04

It looks like you have set up a group form which stores files in SharePoint library but not in one drive. So, please use SharePoint connector instead of one drive connector in the flow to get the attachments details.

The attachments are stored in one drive for MS forms which are not group form.

You could find the path where all attachments are stored for group form in SharePoint document library:

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
