ReportI'm building a very simple flow. It's only the third flow I've ever created. I'm new to this.
If an event in Calendar A is created I want it to be duplicated to Calendar B based on the location of the event. Not everyone has access to the same calendars and I want to make sure the event gets copied from the main calendar (Calendar A) to the appropriate location calendar for the people who manage and set up the Lobby (Calendar B).
Example: if an event is created in Calendar A and the lobby is chosen as the location for the event, I want a duplicate event created in Calendar B, which is a Lobby specific calendar.
The problem I'm hitting: the event duplicates to the correct calendar and the correct date, but not at the correct time. Whatever is added to Calendar A shows up four hours later on Calendar B.
Both calendars are set to Eastern Standard time, and that's the time zone I choose in Power Automate for the Event Creation.
I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it. I've tried it in the new automate and in the classic version as well to see if that would make a difference. It doesn't.
