I made some canvas apps in PowerApps and try to let front line engineers to collect data by their mobile phones and then store the data into the database on CDS. Is it OK to buy Ofiice 365 F1 license for front line engineers?

According to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=2066045&clcid=0x409, PowerApps for Office 365 Enterprise F1 does not include Data storage and management in the Common Data Service for Apps. You can read more details about pricing for PowerApps in this link to.
