2 same column in add form not working

Hi Guys,

Below you see an add form. There is Vendor field and certifications fields/dropdownmenu. Each Vendor has own certifications. So how can I achieve when I choose for example Vendor Microsoft that I only see Microsoft certifications?

Further I have another question as you can see there are 2 another fields namely Vendor_Other and Others. Vendor_Other = Vendor and Competence_certfications = Others. My problem is when I add a new certification then the value of fields Vendor and Competence_certfications will not be saved. I checked the update property and this correct. When I remove the others fields Vendor_other and Others. Then the drop down menus work correctly.

Could you please share more details of your data source?

If they are in the form, what is the datacard's update's and default formula expression?

Could you please share the column type of Vendor,Competence_certfications?

What is the formula expression of these four controls' in your App?
