    Hi @Anonymous

How are you displaying tickets. To start with you need to

    1. Show list of tickets (using gallery) - Screen1
    2. onSelect of a ticket you navigate to edit ticket  - Screen2
    3. onSelect of a Add New you navigate add ticket - Screen2 (same screen for both add/edit)

From screen 1 to edit a ticket:

EditForm(Form1); Navigate(Screen2) // assuming Form1 is the name of the form

From screen 1 to add a ticket:

NewForm(Form1); Navigate(Screen2) // assuming Form1 is the name of the form

    on Screen 2

    1. Place a Form through Insert > forms >Edit
    2. set datasource as your SP List
    3. set Items property as LookUp('SP List', ID = Gallery1.Selected.ID) // Gallery1 is the name of the gallery on Screen1
    4. place a button and onSelect - SubmitForm(Form1)
    5. set Form1  onSucess - Back() // this would navigate back to screen 1

    Hope this helps

    Thanks.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:15.JPG

Please make sure that you Edit your Ticket record from the Ticket Screen Gallery as below:16.JPG

Please also check if the OnSelect property of the MyTicketsScreenGallery to following formula:

    Set(SelectedTicket, ThisItem)

then check if the SelectedTicket variable is populated with proper record value.

Then go to your "Edit Ticket" screen, please make sure the Default value of the controls (e.g. Dropdown box, Text Input, Slider, ...) has been bind to the SelectedTicket variable:17.JPG

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you use a SP List to store your Ticket Record in your template app?

Do you use a Multiple lines of text type column (which has enabled "Use enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables and hyperlinks)" option) in your SP List to store the Description field value?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I suppose that you add a Multiple lines of text type column (which has enabled "Use enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables and hyperlinks)" option) in your SP list to store the Description field value, is it true?

Please consider turn off the "Use enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables and hyperlinks)" option for the Multiple lines of text type column in your SP List, then re-fresh the SP List data source within your app, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

    Best regards,
