I have a simple edit form in my PowerApp

The checkmark icon at the top right is used to save the form, and it has the following code:

When I don't add any attachments to the form, everything works fine when I save the record and the message is successfully posted to Teams:

When I create a new record with the only difference being that there is an attachment on the form then the Teams post has blank values for all my choice fields:

Not sure why the inclusion of attachments on the form (which are not posted to Teams) would cause all choice values to appear as blank in the teams post?

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there something I can change in my code to fix this?
