Getting the value only of a multi choice field

Hi,

I have a vehicle booking calendar. One of the fields is the Registration plate of the vehicle and employees are allowed to book multiple vehicles at once. I am building a flow to send me a reminder when a vehicle has been booked for an inspection. The flow works fine but I can't seem to get the email notification to work properly. Because the column Vehicle is a multi choice, when I create the email and insert the 'Vehicle Value' dynamic content it creates an apply to each around my send email. I have tried to initialize a variable to get the string only of the field but that is not working either.

Here is my flow

In my email, if I put the variable output, the flow doesn't work .

Can anyone assist?

Thank you,

Regards,

Dom

    Hi @SCMSAC ,

Are you trying to convert your multiselect column to a string?
I have a test for your reference.

    join(body('Select'),';')

    @v-dezhili-msft

    Thank you for your help,

I have changed my flow putting the join expression but this is the email notification that I got:

It has all the vehicles and the texting is still showing what I think it is the html of the field... I only need the vehicle value, for the ones that need inspection in the email notification...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Dom

    Hi @SCMSAC ,

You can try to use the select action to collect the value of each item's option, and then use join to convert them into strings.
