I want to export /share the power automate desktop flow to another individual user. Is it possible with the power automate desktop free version. Kindly advise.
Nope. However, you can select your actions and copy them. When you paste them into notepad, they will be in text format. This text you can share with people, who can then copy that text and paste it into their PAD workspace.
On the 365 website, create a solution, load the desktop flow to the solution, share with your coworker, then they can pull it down. There are other posts on this topic and YouTube videos as well. You each can have your own local copy (where you can have your own login id’s and passwords) with a master saved in the solution online.

I have the same problem - however, when I share to my co-worker, they can't see the file, and they don't get an email notification that a file/workflow has been shared. Any idea why?
