Hello!
I'm new to this, it's my first flow.
I have created a flow that sends a form to approve, waits for approval. If they approve it creates a task, updates the data and sends an email. If they don't approve it just sends the email.
So far so good. The problem is in two things that I can't get to work:
1. The approval is sent to multiple users, if you have admin permissions it works correctly. If the user has normal permissions, even if they approve it, it goes to false. How do I get it to work well, do I have to give them some special permission for the approvals?
(They have Office 365 standard and Microsoft power automate free)
2. All emails and validations are sent with my name, I guess it is part of the power automate connection. How can I make the email to be sent with the person who validated the task?
