Can a PCF communicate with other PCF?

Can two or more PCFs inform that 1 PCF has been updated?
If yes - may I know how?

We have two PCF's that needs to communicate (PCF 2 needs to update, if PCF 1 is updated).

    Do you want to call other components from within another component?

    If so,I'm afraid that is not available(a known limitation).
