Email not showing the multiple entries from a SharePoint list

Hi,

I have an app that links back to a Choice column in my SharePoint list.

The column is configured as a drop-down and allow multiple selections

Multiple entries are listed in the column in SP

But when I included the Dynamics content Accessed Required Value, from When item is created

The email only show one of the items??

I actually get two emails with the other one displaying the other option

How can I get it to display more than the one option on one email??

Hi @ClarkyPA365 ,

This is because "Send email" enters "apply to each". This result in each email gets one choice's value.

If you want to insert all choices in email body, please try this.

I know I'm being a bit cheeky but is there away it can be formatted to look like
Colour Printing, Guest WiFi Access.

Ahh!! Thought I had done something not right 😁

In the Join With part in the Join action, you can insert Expression with this formula decodeUriComponent('%0A')
