Can i create my own form and then on basis of my customized form ,can we connect my form to any data source.
Basically we first make our data source and create app according to it but my question is that can we do the opposite ie create our own form in powerapp and then connect it to data source such as excel etc

    Yes. Simply select create app from blank when you create a new app. Once you have the app, add forms and add data sources. For each form, you can then select a data source.
