How to deducted number in PowerApps and update to SharePoint List, every transaction? there is possible to do this without flow on PowerAutomate.

I mean transactions will be deducted TotalBudget , and then TotalCategoryBudget must small than TotalBudget.

Can anyone help my problem?

Could you please tell me what number you want to deduct, what is the base number?

How much will that number be reduced?(Important)

I assume that you want to reduce the TotalBudget to a specific number and validate the result that if it is greater than the TotalCategoryBudget, right?

If so, you just need to set the OnSelect property of the save button as below:

If(TextInput_TotalCategoryBudget<TextInput_TotalBudget, <YourSubmitFormulaHere>, Notify("TotalCategoryBudget must small than TotalBudget!",NotificationType.Error) )

Yes that correct, i need subtraction and is need submit to sharepoint list
Amount TotalBudget is update and using again for subtraction on every transaction until that amount is Zero
TotalBudget is select from screen3.

Anyway is not using for patch or for all function for submit and save to SharePoint List?

About how much will that number be reduced? formula is TotalBudget - TotalCategoryBudget.

That possible TotalBudgetId used again amount on TotalBudget will be show after update deducted?

You'll probably need Value(TextInput.Text) around each of the text inputs
